The Farms Golf Club is open again after an ambitious golf course restoration program that included the total renovation of all eighteen greens, practice greens and driving range; a new, state-of-the-art irrigation system; some adjustment to fairways, tees and bunkers; and the beautification of high rough areas that dramatically outline the 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course.

The Farms used noted golf architect and former tour professional John Fought to design and implement the necessary changes. Fought was be assisted by PGA Tour Professional Tom Lehman.

Designed by Pete and Perry Dye and opened in 1988, The Farms Golf Club is a member-owned, private equity club. The 38,000 square-foot clubhouse is reminiscent of a luxurious California ranch estate. Leather armchairs, fencepost ceilings, and ungrouted stone fireplaces make the clubhouse a distinctive gathering place.

Initiation fee is approximately $100,000 plus an assessment of $15,0000 for course improvements. Monthly dues for a regular membership are approximately $630. In addition to regular memberships are non-resident, organizational, and junior executive memberships. Monthly dues include golf course playing privileges, golf cart usage, all driving range services, a personal locker and golf bag storage. Memberships are equity and there is no food or beverage minimum.
