Designed by the Robert Trent Jones II group, The Bridges' par 71 course boasts five sets of tees, playing almost 7,000 yards from the tips. Its dramatic terrain; deep canyons, lakes, streams and superb landscaping make it both mentally challenging and visually stimulating. Jones' design philosophy at the Bridges was to offer golfers a number of strategic options with their shot selection. Incorporating a risk/reward system, a number of holes provide for bail-out areas for the higher handicap player while enticing low handicappers to hit great shots.

From its commanding site at the center of the community, the magnificent 35,000 square foot clubhouse offers panoramic views of the golf course, its bridges, lakes, creeks and hillsides beyond.

Recent winner of the coveted Gold Nugget Award for design, the clubhouse is grand in scale yet its rooms are intimate in size. The service is world-class but with an informal atmosphere that encourages members to become good friends.

Certainly one of the most beautiful and elegant club facilities of its kind in the country, it features a handsome formal dining room, a living room, a wine loft with private dining room, grill room, men's and women's card rooms, spas and much, much more.

This exclusive, private, 18-hole, par 71 course has five sets of tees playing to almost 6,900 yards from the tips. Golf memberships are % equity and are currently $250,000. Monthly dues are approximately $820. The membership cap is 350.

Lots within the gates of The Bridges range from approximately $800,000 to $1,200,000. Homes within the gates range from the $2,000,000's to over $4,000,000.
