Del Mar Country Club is tucked away in a quiet valley of Rancho Santa Fe. As the focal point for the community that surrounds it, the Country Club, with its magnificent 50,000 square-foot clubhouse, offers eighteen holes of world class golf, six tennis courts, and a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool. The club also offers a spa and fitness center, exquisite dining and meeting rooms, lessons, tournaments, and social activities.

Surrounding Del Mar Country Clubs beautiful greens and fairways is a meticulously master-planned community of 96 custom home sites ranging in size from one-half acre to more than three acres. Each site offers its own unique views - of the golf course, the clubhouse, the open hills and back country, the ocean, or the community below.

Each homeowner enjoys the privacy afforded by a gated entry and 24-hour security service. With architectural guidelines designed to heighten the beauty and appeal of the community, owners are secure in knowing that the value inherent in the Rancho Santa Fe address will e preserved and enhanced for the future. The community has a very convenient location - near the famous Del Mar Race Track and only three miles from Interstate 5, with easy access to San Diego's cultural and business centers.

Internationally recognized golf architect Joseph Lee sculpted the 6,900 yard course from the natural terrain, following the valley floor into the canyons beyond. The result is a course of distinctive physical characteristics that provides golfers with breathtaking visual variety and continuously exciting play.

Golf memberships are non-equity and are currently $150,000. Memberships can be re-sold within the guidelines of the club. Monthly dues are currently $712 for a family membership, and $674 for a single, and a $300 per quarter food and beverage minimum applies. Monthly dues include carts, range balls, lockers, and bag storage. Handicap fees are $40 per year and guest fees are $70 per player Mon - Thurs and $85 Fri - Sun. Members can use personal carts on the course, walking is allowed, and caddies are available.

Tennis and social memberships are currently $10,000 with monthly dues of $285 and a $300 per quarter food and beverage minimum. Memberships include a personal locker in the tennis/swim clubhouse.

Homes within the gates of Del Mar Country Club start around $2,000,000. Homes outside the gates of the club but within a five minute drive start around $700,000.
